The Counseling and Psychological Support Service started operating in the framework of the Program “Support of Social Welfare Interventions for Students of Panteion University”, in October 2018 at Panteion University with the aim of providing a wide and comprehensive range of services to students, postgraduates and postgraduates graduates belonging to socially vulnerable groups. Mental health care helps and strengthens advancement, career and scientific knowledge. The main goal of the service is to provide consulting services through individual and group meetings. Achieving goals such as better adaptation of students in the University, improving the performance of studies, improving the learning process, tackling procrastination, supporting the decision-making process for educational, professional and personal issues, conflict management, developing mental resilience, prosperity and quality of life. The Service also works with other mental health agencies, such as mental health centers to refer students in need of psychiatric care.
